1. Order Commitment

Once an order is successfully placed and confirmed on our website, it is considered final. Our team immediately begins processing and preparing the order for dispatch.

2. No Cancellation After Order Placement

After order confirmation (which includes payment processing and order generation), cancellation is not permitted. All orders once placed cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

3. Change of Order

If a customer wishes to modify order details (such as address or contact information), they must contact us immediately. Changes may be considered only if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched. This will not be treated as a cancellation request.

4. Delay or Non-Acceptance of Delivery

If a customer refuses delivery or is unavailable to receive the product, the order will not be treated as canceled. No refund or credit will be issued in such cases.

5. Cancellation by Vaidhkey Ayurveda

In rare cases, Vaidhkey Ayurveda reserves the right to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances such as product unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, the customer will be notified accordingly.
